❌ Cancellation Policy ❌
➡️ For Prepaid Orders:
The customer has the right to cancel the order immediately (within 1 hour of the order ) after he/she has placed and paid for the order online using CC/DC or Net Banking or Wallets. After the 1 hour order will be considered as confirmed and no cancellation will be allowed. For canceled order refund amount will be credited to Boighar.in wallet by default. The reader can use that amount in his/her next order and redeem it or customer can request us to refund the amount to his/her a/c via direct UPI only.
➡️ For COD Orders:
The customer can cancel their COD order within 1 hour after placing an order. After that the order will be considered as confirm. Once the customer confirm the COD order with tele-verification, it can not be canceled under any circumstances. Further COD orders cannot be processed to an address if any COD order has been returned from that address due to unavailability/denial of acceptance of the shipment.
➡️ Unavailability of one or more ordered books:
✔️ If any one or more book(s) are unavailable (due to out of print) in any pre-paid orders the extra amount will be credited to his/her Boighar.in wallet by default. Wallet amount will remain there for lifetime and can be used at any future order or the customer can request refund directly to their a/c via UPI only.
➡️ Return / Replacement Policy
Books / Magazines can be replaced only if there are any such issue i.e page-missing or wrong book is delivered other than the ordered one. You need to submit complaint within 2 working days after receiving the shipment. You need to send the defective copy to us via Registered Parcel (Only). This return charge (only registered parcel cost) will be refunded to the customer. We will send replacement copy after receiving the defective copy. Slight corner damage due to transportation is not covered under our replacement policy. A proper unboxing video is required to claim any replacement due to transitional damage.
➡️ Non delivery due to unavailability at the address
if a parcel is returned to us due to the customer’s unavailability at the time of delivery or due to wrong delivery address, wrong phone number the following policy will apply. You can request a re-shipment by paying the additional reshipment charge. Alternatively, we can refund the order amount after deducting the original shipping charges and return shipping fees after getting the return parcel. In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if the parcel is returned due to non-availability, no refund will be issued. Future COD orders will also be restricted.
